James Bloom leaves Masthaven
James Bloom has revealed that he is leaving Masthaven, with today being his last day at the bank.
Bloom has been managing director for Masthaven’s short-term lending division since 2017 but joined the bank the previous year as managing director of the development finance team.
Prior to joining Masthaven, Bloom worked at bridging finance lender Regentsmead for 29 years where he held a variety of positions.
Bloom is yet to announce his next role.
A spokesperson for Masthaven said: “We can confirm that James Bloom will be leaving Masthaven at the end of October.
“James has worked with dedication to help develop Masthaven’s short-term lending proposition and has overseen numerous product launches.
“We would like to thank him for his work and commitment to Masthaven’s vision. We wish him the best of luck.”
This announcement comes after recent appointments to the senior team including Alan Margolis as director of bridging and Patrick Davey as head of development finance.
Bloom declined to comment.
