Bibby Financial Services has appointed Joe Waters as head of sales as it seeks to develop its services to small and medium-sized enterprises operating in the South of England.
Waters hasover 30 years industry experience and hasheld several senior positions in financial services, specifically supporting UK SMEs. He most recently served as director at Partnership Invoice Finance, and was also a founding director at Gener8 Finance Ltd as well asholding severalroles at PwC.
Walters said:“This is a fantastic time to join BFS as it seeks to broaden its influence across the London and Southern region. I wanted to join the company as its suite of financial services products are among the most innovative in the industry.
“As head of sales, I look forward to working with SMEs in the region, helping them to access the funding they need to drive the growth of their business.’’

Water’s focus will be to grow BFS’s client base in London and the South, from the company’s office in Redhill, Surrey, where he will manage a team of six.
