Kensington expands branded lending network

Commenting, Ian Giles, marketing director at Kensington Mortgages said “We are delighted to extend our Branded Lending initiative to Mortgage Bureau (UK).”

“Not only does Branded Lending offer our partners such as Mortgage Bureau (UK), to exclusive products tailored to meet the needs of their own customer bases, but also integration into Kensington’s core service offering. This means lenders can access services like onsite underwriting, which will enable them to strengthen their own service proposition in the marketplace.

Mr Giles added: “We view branded partnerships as a core part of our distribution strategy and we will continue building on these relationships with our partners and to strengthen our offering within the Branded Lending initiatives, as we accelerate into an exciting 2006.”

Mike Lloyd commenting for Mortgage Bureau (UK) said: “This is another excellent step for both MB (UK)’s product and service offering. Our direct customers will have more choice and know that we will be able to offer an enhanced service.

“Our rapidly growing franchise network will also be able to offer their customers an even quicker service with enhanced surety of decision. We will continue to look for ways of working even more closely with Kensington Mortgages in the future”
