Kensington Mortgages has appointed three account development managers.
The lender has hired Phillip Pinson to cover the North West, Scott Leach for the Central West and Hannah Stoner will manage the East region.
Craig McKinlay, new business director, Kensington Mortgages, said: “We’re very pleased to welcome Phillip, Scott and Hannah to the Kensington team.
“They all possess the ambition, knowledge and drive for our growth plans and their close succession reinforces it’s an exciting and busy time for Kensington.
“We’re committed to supporting brokers and ensuring high service levels. We have a clear vision for what the mortgage industry should look like and their appointments show our confidence for the year ahead.”
Pinson joins Kensington with over 20 years’ experience in the industry, with the last two spent as a business development manager (BDM) for Mansfield Building Society. Prior to this he worked at Platform Home Loans for six years.
Previously BDM at Clever Lending Leach joins with specialist experience – particularly second charge, bridging, development and commercial, and first-charge packaging.
Prior to Clever Lending he worked as a BDM for Enterprise Finance between 2014 to 2017.
Working for NatWest for over six years, Stoner joins Kensington with over five years’ experience as a telephone BDM, most recently covering the Colchester and Chelmsford areas. She also has previous experience in the Southend, Romford and Ilford areas.
These latest appointments come shortly after the news that The Northview Group has sealed a £535m funding deal, taking its total issuance to £8.2bn since the group was formed in 2015.
