Kent Reliance has appointed two business development managers, Krissy Salmon as BDM in the South, covering the South Coast and South Coast, South West England and Wales and and Simon Ward as BDM in the North.
In order to support its nationwide offering the lender has also restructured its sales teams, promoting James Forth and Alan Kimber to regional sales managers in charge of the North and South teams respectively.
Simon Cockerill, head of sales at Kent Reliance, said: “We are steadily growing our presence across the UK, and this has meant significant investment in experienced BDMs.
“Both Simon and Krissy have an in-depth knowledge of their regions as well as some great relationships with brokers and so will play a key role in helping to boost our presence across the UK.
“As part of this continued effort to secure comprehensive coverage across the UK we have restructured our broker teams to ensure we maintain our position at the forefront of helping brokers with the most complex cases.”
Salmon has 18 years of experience within financial services, having moved from Shawbrook Bank’s Commercial team. Prior to this, she worked at Accord, Lloyds TSB and the Royal Bank of Scotland.
Ward has 20 years of experience in financial services, 16 of which were spent with different brands within the Lloyds Banking Group.
He has held a number of positions within this time in different departments such as collections & recoveries, underwriting, further advances, fraud & compliance and intermediaries.
