Equity release adviser Key has created threeroles in its corporate business development team, hiring Paula Huges as corporate business development director and Ian Chaplin as head of corporate sales.

Chaplin brings more than two decades of experience in financial services to this new role,having previously worked as commercial director at ULS Technology and for Legal & General in various management positions.

Proudfoot has worked for 17 years in customer engagement roles,including at Key,and Shiels joins from Paymentshield where he has worked for almost seven years.
