This online facility, which can be accessed at www.keyrs.co.uk, has been expanded due to a recent upsurge of referrals of lifetime mortgage business from brokers and IFAs.

Increasingly brokers are choosing to refer equity release clients to specialist firms due to M-Day rule changes and because of the indication from the FSA that they intend to closely monitor all of this type of business.  Many brokers are using specialists as this not only gives the best possible service to their clients but also limits their own liability. This is one of the major reasons for the expansion of Key Partnerships.

Due to a combination of these factors as well as the award winning service standards of Key Retirement Solutions, The Lifelink Group and Ernest R Shaw have already chosen to exclusively refer all equity release business to Key Partnerships.

Features of Key Partnerships new service include:
– Streamlined online facility, which allows brokers to quickly and efficiently refer clients.
– A fee for all completed cases.
– Email updates for brokers at key stages in the advice process.
– Access to select plans and offers that clients won’t be able to find elsewhere.
– The security provided by the knowledge that only SHIP products will be recommended.
– All advice given is covered by Key’s Professional Indemnity insurance.

Mike Gosnall, Managing Director of Lifelink Group comments, “As a mainstream mortgage provider we believe that our clients should receive the best possible service and advice from a specialist equity release broker.  We have therefore chosen to exclusively refer equity release business to Key Partnerships due to their high standards and commitment to quality service.”

Steve Matthews, Managing Director of Ernest R Shaw (Financial Management) Ltd. said, “Key Partnerships is ideally suited to servicing all our equity release needs as not only do they offer a high level of service but a quick and efficient online facility as well.”

Colin Taylor, Managing Director of Key Retirement Solutions comments – “Key Partnerships allows brokers to offer a service from an equity release specialist, secure in the knowledge that their ongoing client relationship will not be disrupted. The enhancements which have been made to the service will benefit both broker and customer alike as we will be able to provide them with the information and advice they need faster and more efficiently than in the past”.
