The top three broker residential searches on Knowledge Bank in September included interest only and self-employed with one year’s accounts.

The top three buy-to-let searches on Knowledge Bank were minimum income, lending to limited companies and first-time landlord.

Brokers have conducted almost 12,000 criteria searches on Knowledge Bank, with the number of individual pieces of criteria increasing by over 7,000 from the start of September.

The number of lenders on Knowledge Bank has shown consistent increases, going from 43 to 60 in just over a month.
