Leeds Building Society appoints head of customer experience

Leeds Building Society has today appointed Yvonne Banks as head of customer experience.   

Banks’ new role entails coordinating the society’s strategy to better accommodate the needs of its customers.

Banks (pictured), said: “I have 10 years’ experience in customer experience management, and am extremely passionate about customers – listening to what they are telling us, understanding the drivers behind it and sharing that across the business.

“I am responsible for developing and driving the customer experience strategy across the Society’s distribution channels, and this is a great opportunity to make the Society an even more customer centric place.”

Leeds Building Society has 65 branches throughout the UK, Gibraltar and Ireland with assets of £14.9bn. The society has operated from the centre of Leeds since 1886.
