The service will be available to appointed representatives of the mortgage network (Legal & General Partnership Services Limited) and has extended that service to directly authorised brokers.

Legal & General has now linked up with Omega to offer commercial loans to advisers. Members can now go to Omega as well as The Business Mortgage Company for access to market experts with a broad understanding of commercial loans and the associated underwriting criteria.

Ben Thompson, director, mortgages at Legal & General said: “Yet again we are showing that the Legal & General Mortgage Club is not just a place to come for exclusive products. So far this year we have expanded our HIP panel, added a personal loans service and now expanded our commercial loans service. Omega, along with The Business Mortgage Company, are probably the top two commercial loan providers in the market.”

Omega has over 20 years commercial lending experience, access to the whole of market and is totally independent. Its commercial team source and place all types of commercial finance for businesses with every application being submitted with a detailed business lending analysis.
