Legal & General Mortgage Club has made changes to its ClubHub, enabling advisers to see the status of their claimed procuration fees.
Advisers can now see how much money they are due to receive and whether it is pending or has been paid. This follows a recent update where advisers can now also see their proc fee history in ClubHub.

Legal & General Mortgage Club has also extended the free trial for SmartrCriteria. The trial period will now continue until the end of the year for all new users and will remain free for selected key partners. Currently, over 4,000 members have registered and are using SmartrCriteria.
The SmartrCriteria system provides advisers with 394,000 criteria outcomes from over 90 lenders across the residential, buy-to-let and new build sector.
