Masthaven appoints head of customer services and planning

Masthaven Bank has appointed Jenna Hill (pictured) as head of customer services and planning.

Hill will be responsible for leading and developing the customer-facing teams, as well as capacity planning to support the bank’s growth plans.

Hill joins from Wyelands Bank, where she was head of operations, previous to which she spent five years at Shawbrook Bank, where she progressed from capacity planning, MI and performance manager to head of operational support.

This appointment is part of the bank’s ongoing expansion, having recently grown its servicing and collections team with 10 new hires, as well as securing an additional office in Reading.

Hill said: “I’m delighted to be joining the growing Masthaven team. Providing customers with the support they need, and in a personal way, has never been so important, so I’m excited to be part of an engaging and motivated team to help achieve this.

“I look forward to working with the team and continuing the great work they have already accomplished.”
