Mortgage Business Expo Leeds will feature an ‘equity release knowledge hub’ with presentations from LV=, Pure Retirement, Later Life Academy, Equilaw and the Equity Release Council.

The expo, which is at the Leeds Armouries on 26 April, will allow mortgage advisers to meet lenders and retirement planners.

“Experts will be on hand to answer any questions the delegates have with the aim of ultimately opening this avenue of business to them.”

The main seminar theatre will also have speeches by Age Partnership and Key Retirement.

Mike Mikunda from MBE said: “We always ensure that we give a real focus to the current hot topics and we think the equity release knowledge hub will provide that.

“It could help many mortgage advisers to grow their business in this area, as well as in the other forms of specialist finance.

“Our high level seminar speakers will provide key information that brokers and IFAs will be able to use to help take their businesses forward. By attending the seminars brokers and IFAs will also qualify for valuable Cll CPD points.

“We have over 40 financial companies and industry bodies at the event and as the longest established and the most well respected expos; we are delighted to be holding another event in London as we have done for over 16 years.”
