This is through its customer facing service, Prime Conveyancing.

Through pre-population and data transfer between systems, Mortgage Brain users now have access to three of the UK’s conveyancing systems.

Users of Mortgage Brain’s broker sourcing, compliance and point-of-sale support system will now have the additional benefit of access to TitleAbsolute’s Prime Conveyancing software and service free of charge. TitleAbsolute allows users to instruct, check costs, and receive automatic updates on each transaction’s progress. In addition, Mortgage Brain users will receive a fee of £100 for every conveyancing instruction completed by TitleAbsolute.

Peter Wake, managing director of York-based TitleAbsolute said “We have enormous respect for the way Mortgage Brain operates, and are very proud to have integrated our software. Working with other professionals in the mortgage industry, who share the same objectives, is really important for both lawyers and mortgage introducers. This partnership is perfect, everyone benefits, especially the clients. They get a great service at a great fixed price, which really helps to take the stress out of moving home or remortgaging.”

Mark Lofthouse, ceo of Mortgage Brain added, “We’re very pleased to have TitleAbsolute on board as our latest conveyancing partner. It has an enviable reputation in the industry, and its focus on leading edge IT solutions makes it a great fit with our operation. This is a tremendous offer, which has the potential to deliver improved customer service, greater levels of productivity and profitability for all of our users”.
