The Mortgage Works has upgraded its case tracking and will allow intermediaries to submit further advance and porting applications using TMW Online.
There will be the facility to upload documentation to TMW Online, meaning that brokers will no longer have to email, fax or post the relevant proofs, as well as download case documents online, including the decision in principle when the application has been accepted. This will also apply to TMW Mortgage Trading Exchange.
The lender has also improved case tracking, as intermediaries will receive alerts giving updates on the progress of their cases.
There will also be the option for an office administrator to be able to monitor and respond on behalf of the broker.
Ian Andrew, managing director of Nationwide’s group intermediary sales, said: “We have listened and responded to feedback from intermediaries wanting to be able to access and send case information and documentation online.
“This is part of an ongoing programme of improvements that should enhance the broker experience and enable cases to be processed more quickly.”
