The Moving Hub has launched its conveyancing proposition into the mortgage intermediary sector with an exclusive promotion with criteria search system Knowledge Bank.
The Moving Hub is a conveyancing platform designed to support brokers, financial advisers and estate agents with referral fees being paid upfront, buyer protection insurance to cover fees if the seller pulls out, fixed fees instantly quoted.
Knowledge Bank will be free for 12 months to all brokers who sign up with the promotion beginning ith immediate effect.
Peter Joseph, chief executive at The Moving Hub, said: “Knowledge Bank has set the standard for firms looking to shake up the intermediary mortgage market and we are looking forward to emulating their success in addressing the status quo for brokers in the conveyancing sector as, quite frankly, there’s been precious little innovation in this area.
“Technology is changing the way we all do business. And it’s time for the conveyancing sector to better support introducers in delivering superior service levels and customer experience in terms of conversion, referrals and in the retention of more clients.
“We believe that our solution will deliver the ultimate conveyancing plugin solution for your business.”
Nicola Firth, chief executive and founder at Knowledge Bank, added: “We are delighted to have agreed this exclusive partnership with Peter and the team at The Moving Hub.
“The synergies between both businesses were clear from the outset in that our focuses were firmly on broker efficiencies and their clients’ experiences.
“Since our launch in September 2017, our aim continues to be to offer ‘best in class’ technology and solutions and our relationship with The Moving Hub supports this strategy.”
It has a nationwide panel of pre-vetted solicitors and a broker portal allowing case tracking, plus The Moving Hub will act for the broker and liaise with solicitors on their behalf.
Brokers can register on The Moving Hub platform for free. The annual Knowledge Bank license will be activated upon completion of the first case and will be available to new Knowledge Bank users only.
