My Home Move has become an associate member of the Intermediary Mortgage Lenders Association.

Associate members are granted access to IMLA lunches, dinners and events, while they can also make presentations at IMLA meetings.

The conveyancer has joined the likes of Countrywide, Mortgage Brain and Genworth in becoming an associate.

Mark Snape, corporate distribution director at My Home Move, said: “IMLA plays an important role in improving industry practices and customer outcomes across the lending market.

“We share their aims and goals and are delighted to have become associate members. As the UK’s leading provider of mover conveyancing services, we are well placed to offer our experience, guidance and legal expertise in support of IMLA as it works to advance the lending sector.”

Last year My Home Move completed more transactions than any other conveyancer in the UK.

Peter Williams, executive director of IMLA, said: “Having spoken at the MHM annual Housing Conference I have experienced first-hand My Home Move’s passion, professionalism and commitment to revolutionising the customer experience of conveyancing.

“We look forward to strengthening our members’ relationship with them, as we continue to shape the lending industry and work to create a better borrowing landscape for homemovers.”
