NACFB launches Commercial Finance Expo

The event will also incorporate the NACFB Annual Conference which will take place in the seminar theatre on the day.

Chief Executive Adam Tyler said: “There are different events which cover some aspects of the commercial finance industry, but none which get representatives from asset finance, commercial mortgages, buy-to-let, vehicle finance and factoring, all under one roof.

“This is an ideal opportunity for commercial brokers to get to meet with lenders and funders who are active in the market and looking to work with brokers.”

This event has grown from the extremely successful NACFB ‘Meet the Patrons’ networking days that the Association has held over the last three years. These were informal shows with the emphasis very much on meeting and talking. It’s hoped that this same ethos will carry through to this larger event.

Tyler added: “We’re hoping those with underwriters present will be available to discuss individual cases. I am especially delighted that only two weeks after we launched to our Patrons, we have 27 exhibitors signed up to attend.

“We will attract delegates from across all sectors of commercial finance and the day is open to anyone working or aspiring to work within the commercial finance industry.

“The negative headlines have outweighed the good for some time now and with the market having been so tough for the last couple of years, this is really something which we hope will help to kick start confidence and instill more of a ‘feel good’ factor than we’ve had of late.”
