Norgate comes from the retail business side of NatWest where he was an area mortgage manager, while previously he worked at RBS as a business development manager.

Woodward, who holds more than 25 years’ experience in the mortgage industry, has had business development manager and corporate manager roles with lenders including ING, Lloyds, Platform, BM Solutions, Portman and Britannia, while he joins from Furness Building Society.

Littleford spent the last nine years in NatWest’s mortgage business in a variety of roles, while for the last 18 months she worked in the business development manager support team.

Mark Bullard, head of sales at NatWest Intermediary Solutions, said: “With the mortgage market being in rude health and the prospects set to improve further, we are anticipating a significant increase in mortgage business this year.

“I am delighted to be able to appoint Paul, Emma and Paul. Their enthusiasm, knowledge and experience will I am sure be appreciated by the brokers that they will be dealing with.

“Research we conducted recently revealed that intermediaries place a high value on having a good BDM. We have a great track record for having BDMs that intermediaries trust and want to work with.”

Norgate will work with a panel of brokers around Warrington, Chester, North Wales, Bradford and Halifax; Littleford will focus on Coventry, Nottingham and Leicester; Woodward will cover Bristol and Gloucester.
