NatWest IS wins best sales team award

At the awards ceremony in Birmingham, Dev Malle, sales & marketing director, PTFS said: “NatWest Intermediary Solutions has worked with PTFS during a period of change and a challenging market to ensure there was a joined up approach from a corporate account perspective to their phone sales and field sales team, in how they provide support for PTFS members. This has not only driven market share and volume but has taken PTFS to an enviable position on case quality and conversion. PTFS members voted for their preferred lenders in a number of different categories with NatWest Intermediary Solutions coming out on top for the consistency of their performance across those categories.
