NatWest to partner Premier Mortgage Services

John Malone, national mortgage development manager at PMS, said: "We are

delighted to be working more closely with NatWest Mortgage Services and

Business Banking. This partnership is an ideal opportunity for our members

to access NatWest products for their self-employed customers. The increased

commission fees should go down well with our members and the extra fee for

introducing business customers demonstrates the innovation needed by IFA's

and lenders to compete in today's marketplace. We think it will help give

our members the extra edge."

The partnership will result in commission fees of 0.45 per cent for mortgages, with a minimum of £275 and a maximum £2,000, and 0.45 per cent for business lending.

Charles Haresnape, head of NatWest Mortgage Services, said: "We look forward to developing the relationship with PMS. This one-stop shop partnership proves that, unlike many other lenders, NatWest can satisfy the full needs of self-employed clients."
