Newbury Building Society has made changes to its shared ownership mortgage portfolio, cutting the rate of one mortgage product and launching three more.

The 3-year fixed rate at 95% LTV was reduced from 4.29% to 3.99% and the three new shared ownership mortgageproducts are all at 90% LTV. There’s a 3-year fixed rate at 3.49%, 5-year fixed rate at 4.29% and 3-year discount rate at 2.49%.
