Newcastle Building Society has appointed Stuart Miller as a customer director to lead a 370-strong team of colleagues providing services on savings, mortgages and financial advice.
Miller has more than three decades of customer service experience, having worked at Virgin Money, RBS International, and NatWest.
Born in the North East, he is an Associate of the Chartered Institute of Bankers and holds the Customer Experience Professionals Association qualification for senior business leaders.
He said: “Newcastle Building Society has an amazing team of people with the talent and determination to achieve the ambition we have set ourselves.”
