Newcastle extends relationship with L&G

As part of the new agreement to grow and develop both businesses there will be additional focus on developing new initiatives and capabilities to further enhance the current proposition.

Steve Urwin, sales and marketing executive at Newcastle Building Society, said: “We are delighted to extend our relationship with L&G. We have grown our general insurance business over the past six years and the commitment and support shown by L&G has been a key factor in making our decision to continue to work with them in the future.”

In addition the new arrangement will see increased focus on improving customer retention and exploring the use of new media to help in generating new business and with customer support.
