One Mortgage System (OMS) has integrated with Knowledge Bank to become the first system to combine CRM, criteria search and product sourcing in one login and licence.
Knowledge Bank allows brokers to search almost 100,000 individual criteria across residential, buy-to-let, equity release, self-build, second charges and overseas mortgages. The full standalone version of Knowledge Bank can also be purchased via OMS, allowing users to benefit from the full search capabilities, evidence of research and a variety of additional functionality.
OMS offers AVMs, customisable workflows, drag and drop document facility and gives its users access to documentation and application forms for over 28 different lenders without the need to rekey any additional data
