At Legal & General’s Business Quality Awards Wesleyan was awarded for outstanding performance, Openwork for customer excellence for a network and ActiveQuote for customer excellence for a firm.
The eighth annual awards, held on Thursday 7 February 2019 at Legal & General’s head office in Coleman Street, London, recognised those who have delivered exceptional levels of customer service and retention of protection business.

Health-on-Line won best reinstatement performance award, Everyday FS best customer retention performance award, Cavendish Online, data precision award and CMME Mortgages (contractors) won data protection written in trust.
Lifesearch won the special recognition award, Threshold the outstanding customer outcome award and L&G’s Rose Vierod the best supporting account manager award.
