Paradigm’s member firms will now be able to access borro’s Introducer programme which allows advisers, mortgage brokers and wealth managers to offer their clients short-term loans of up to £1 million.

All loans are non-status and secured against assets such as: jewellery, luxury watches, gold, fine art, antiques, sculptures, luxury cars, yachts, speedboats and other high value assets.

By using borro Introducer, advisers will gain a number of benefits including: introductory commission; an agreement in principle in minutes; cash advanced to the client in 24 hours; no redemption or penalty fees for the clients; and no credit checks. Advisers will also be allocated a dedicated account manager which will help both them and their client through the process.

Commenting, Bob Hunt, chief executive of Paradigm Mortgage Services, said: “At Paradigm we are always looking to form strategic partnerships with propositions which offer unique services and solutions to the broker community and their clients.

“With borro Introducer we believe we have found such a partner and have great pleasure in offering its proposition to our members.

“Short-term finance arrangements are much in demand however borro offer such funding based on the asset not the client’s income; this may offer some clients a perfect opportunity to raise the funding they need without having to go through traditional means.

“We would therefore urge any member firm interested in working with borro to attend one of its regular seminars and networking events held throughout the country; alternatively they can register immediately with borro and be talked through the process by their dedicated account manager.

“They will be introduced to the borro proposition, how it works and what it can offer both advisers and their clients.

“We believe this is a new and unique service now available to Paradigm members and we look forward to working with the borro team in the future in order to maximise this opportunity for all stakeholders.”

Paul Brett, business development director at borro, said: “Working closely with Paradigm’s team we look forward to introducing our unique lending proposition to Paradigm’s member firms, who already have a deserved reputation for embracing new ideas and opportunities on behalf of their clients.”
