Karen Beales, chief executive officer at UK General, said: “Working with Paymentshield will allow us to give more customers access to comprehensive policies tailored to their needs, which is at the core of our business. Paymentshield places huge importance on advisers getting to know clients properly and identifying the perfect solution to suit their requirements – something we too hold in high regard. Such alignment in our values is sure to signal success. We look forward to getting started.”

At the start of this year, Paymentshield launched its ‘Bring Back the Conversation’ campaign to advisers aimed at highlighting the importance of talking to mortgage clients about their insurance needs.
