Paymentshield relaunches website

www.paymentshield.co.uk has been designed to meet the specific needs and requirements of all intermediaries, as well as giving consumers information on their Paymentshield products and policies.  

Apart from the new look, which includes easy to use navigation and tools, the website also offers the following features:

*Downloadable information on all products and sales aids for intermediaries.
*The Works Intermediary Handbook, intermediaries are able to order their hard copy or download sections on all product areas.
*Landlord Quotes, the ability to quote online for Paymentshield’s landlord product.

The new consumer area outlines information on underwriters and summaries of the types of cover provided to consumers, which can also be used as additional sales aids for intermediaries.

The separate intermediary section offers detailed information on Paymentshield’s products and services and offers support for intermediaries already registered with Paymentshield as well as those interested in joining.

Other new elements of the website include company and management information, the ability to order Paymentshield literature online as well as a directly authorised section. This section offers access to sales toolkits and detailed information on products and Paymentshield areas.

The website improvements form part of Paymentshield’s ongoing improvement of its communications strategy, aimed at reaching target customers more effectively. As part of this strategy Paymentshield has recently appointed a PR agency and is currently looking at appointing an advertising agency to enhance brand awareness and communicate more effectively with its key audiences.
