Pepper Money will launch a new website next week, featuring improved content and navigation.
The lender said brokers will be able to more easily seek out suitable products for their clients thanks to improved navigation, access a range of articles and guides to help them grow their businesses, as well as quick access to the lender’s online portal to submit business and track applications.
Phil Green (pictured), senior marketing manager at Pepper Money, said: “At Pepper Money, we understand what a positive difference a well-designed website can make for intermediaries.
“It’s the place where brokers go to find out more about our products, research critieria, find contact details and submit cases.
“So, we focus a huge amount of attention on working with brokers to ensure that we deliver the best experience possible. The launch of our new website is the next step on our journey towards becoming a bank and will provide the platform upon which we can build our growing proposition.”
As part of Pepper Money’s ongoing journey to becoming a bank, the specialist lender has built a new website for intermediaries, which it said has improved content and navigation.
As well as launching the new website, Pepper Money will also be updating the contact details for its telephone BDMs.
Brian Murphy, head of lending at Mortgage Advice Bureau, said: “It’s so important for lenders to display product information and criteria in a way that is clear and accessible for brokers and we welcome any investment in improving digital journies to deliver this.
“I’m looking forward to using the new Pepper Money website.”
