Premier Mortgage Service and Intelligent Finance are running a series of roadshows to demonstrate to mortgage brokers the benefits of offset mortgages and how to sell them effectively. The roadshows are being held as follows:

De Vere Whites, Bolton 24 January
National Motorcycle Museum, Birmingham 25 January
The Brewery, London 31 January
Livingston FC, Livingston 2 February
Celtic Manor, Newport 7 February

Brian Ewing, Head of Intermediary Sales at Intelligent Finance, said: “The potential for offset is huge. Research by Datamonitor has revealed that the market grew by over 63% year on year from 2000 to 2004 and predicts that, by 2009, offset will be responsible for approximately 30% of the UK’s secured lending market.”

The roadshow will help brokers understand how offset mortgages can benefit their clients and enable them to quickly identify which clients would most benefit from this type of product. As well as being attended by PMS members, the roadshows are also open to brokers who are not members of Premier Mortgage Service.

John Malone, Managing Director of Premier Mortgage Service said: “We are delighted to be involved with Intelligent Finance in the delivery of these informative roadshows.”

Brokers wishing to secure a place at one of the roadshows should visit PMS’s own website www.premiermortgageservice.co.uk.
