Precise Mortgages appoints BDM

Precise Mortgages has appointed a new business development manager (BDM) to strengthen its support for intermediaries in the South West region.

Ross Williams (pictured) has more than 15 years' experience, including working with Enterprise Finance, Black Book Finance and Keystone Property Finance.

The lender has appointed Williams to support brokers in the Bristol, Cardiff, Dudley, Gloucester, Hereford, Newport, Oxford, Swansea, Taunton and Worcester areas.

James Forth, national sales manager at Precise Mortgages, said: “I’m delighted that Ross has chosen to join us. He’s an exciting new addition to a team which is renowned for being one of the most experienced and knowledgeable in the industry.

“His previous roles and experience will stand him in good stead for developing broker relationships, as well as keeping them up-to-date about the latest solutions that Precise Mortgages can offer.”

Williams added: “Precise Mortgages is a company that I’ve always admired, so I’m absolutely delighted to be able to join such a well-known name in the specialist market which is renowned for offering a wide range of products and lending solutions.

“It’s an area of the country I already know very well, so I’m looking forward to presenting Precise Mortgages’ proposition to intermediaries that I’ve already got good relationships with, as well as new brokers who haven’t used us before.

“I enjoy getting out and about and meeting with brokers face-to-face, although in the current circumstances I’m also more than happy to do virtual meetings with them if they’d prefer.

“My way of doing things is to look at things from both sides. I want to be brokers’ go-to BDM and the first name that springs to mind when they need help with placing a case.”
