Principality BDM returns after spell with the police

Principality Building Society has rehired Neil Cadwallader as a desk based business development manager after he spent nearly a year and a half as a police officer.

Cadwallader left Principality in May 2016 to join South Wales Police as an officer, before making a return last month.

He will support Principality’s key accounts across the whole of the UK, while earlier in his career he spent nine years at Legal & General.

Cadwallader said: “I am delighted to re-join Principality in the Intermediary team and look forward to building strong business relationships with our intermediary partners, sharing the Principality’s broker proposition.”

Shaun Middleton, Principality’s head of regulatory sales, said: “Neil’s appointment is another step in the right direction towards our growth direction and we recognise that having a desk based business development team is essential in supporting our brokers and networks.

“Neil has lots of experience and will be an asset to the growing intermediary team in Cardiff.”
