Pure Retirement has launched its own YouTube channel, designed to provide explainer video content for consumers or for advisers to use with their customers.
The videos cover key topics such as an overview of equity release and commentary on the need to effectively plan financially for retirement.
Rachel Pease, head of marketing and communications at Pure Retirement, said: “Having spent the year on improvements to our adviser-facing marketing resources, it’s great to be able to offer some customer-facing materials covering both later life lending and the wider retirement landscape.
“We’re seeing increasing levels of digital engagement among the over-50s demographic, so being able to react to it and offer something that will hopefully resonate with them is something that’s as important as it is exciting.”

New additions will be added weekly to the channel throughout the remainder of the year, with a plan to further develop the channel throughout 2020.
