RBS director joins Bridgebank Capital

Bryce has been a permanent member of Royal Bank of Scotland’s commercial banking property sightings committee and sat on the bank’s UK corporate and commercial banking credit policy team which improved the bank’s management of property finance risk.

Laurence Goodman, Bridgebank Capital’s group managing director, said: “I have known Steve professionally for a long time, and greatly value his ability and expertise in the property finance sector.

“As the company continues to experience significant growth, where we are considering an ever increasing number of larger ticket loans, this role as head of credit risk has become a vitally important function for the business.

Bryce joins Bridgebank Capital with a wealth of specialist property finance knowledge spanning over 25 years. His experience in property development, property investment and planning risk assessment will be a key asset to Bridgebank Capital as the company also expands its offering into the development finance arena.
