Redrow to allow walk-in customers at sales centres

From Monday 15 June, housebuilder Redrow will allow customers without a pre-booked appointment to view show homes and speak with sales teams.

Following the reopening of sales centres in May, operating by appointment only, Redrow has implemented strict social guidelines to allow walk-ins to take place.

The guidelines include calling on arrival, maintaining a two-metre distance, and using hands-free sanitiser stations.

Matt Grayson, group customer and marketing director at Redrow, said: “Following the successful reopening of our sales centres and show homes to buyers and existing customers from the 18 May in England, we have now moved into the second phase and taken the step of reopening to walk-in appointments from 15 June.

"This step offers further flexibility to buyers who already have access to our full suite of online services, as well as ‘by appointment’ viewings which continue to be preferred options.

“We have developed robust processes for customers wishing to visit us in person which include strict social distancing measures, rigorous cleaning regimes and a range of physical measures which are designed to reduce the spread of COVID-19."
