The property management solutions are Reapit CRM and SME Professional.
Property portal Residential People has announced its integration with two leading property management solutions.
Estate agents using either Reapit CRM or SME Professional are now able to upload their properties for free to the platform.
Dwight Estava, data-feed and operations manager at Residential People, said: "Both helping agents to save costs and streamline their business is really important to us.
"As such, we have built our platform so that we can integrate with multiple CRM's, in order to accept various data-feeds/APIs.
"This will inevitably help us to deliver up-to-date property data and in most cases, in real-time. Our objective is to improve on our portal proposition in the years ahead and continue to provide a good service."
SME Professional is a property software solutions firm.
Fraser Sutherland, managing director at SME Professional, said: "SME Professional are delighted to be working with Residential People.
"Our initial property feed to their marketing portal will be complemented in future with more time-saving features for agents."
The Reapit CRM is a all-in-one platform serving over 4,500 agencies and approximately 48,000 users worldwide.
Estava adds: "Reapit’s proposition is fantastic.

Several agents using Reapit's CRM software have already signed up to the platform including the likes of Miller Metcalfe, Keller Williams and Sotheby's.
