Residential Home Loans has appointed Kensington to its lending panel.
RHL will offer Kensington’s core range in addition to its 90% loan-to-value residential semi-exclusive.
Tony Hughes, managing director at RHL, said: “We are able to provide our brokers with the product knowledge required to find the right lending solutions for their clients.
“The addition of Kensington to RHL’s panel, for both mortgage club and packaged business provides new options for our brokers, particularly those who are looking for 90% LTV specialist residential or 80% LTV buy-to-let mortgages.”
Kensington changed its strategy to focus on specialist distribution this year.
