Szczelkun worked in a high street practice until 2012 before becoming a mortgage broker specialising in residential, BTL mortgages and protection.
SortRefer has appointed Jessica Szczelkun as sales and relationship director.
The newly created role was designed to oversee the sales, marketing and relationship functions for the group as business continues to expand.
Kevin Tunnicliffe, chief executive at SortRefer, said: “Jess has done an exemplary job for us since she joined and with her background and the positive contribution she has made to the business, she was the ideal candidate for this much expanded role.”
Szczelkun joined SortRefer in July 2016 to manage the relationships with conveyancing servicing suppliers for its online portal, and qualified as a solicitor in 2003.
