The new deal, which is available on all Scottish residential freehold feudal property worth up to £1m, is priced at £469.

Kevin Tunnicliffe, managing director of SortRefer, said: “We are offering Scottish advisers and their clients not only the best service but also some of the most competitive conveyancing prices in the UK.

“Our new remortgage package undercuts the current price point in Scotland by quite a margin.

“We also have a dedicated business development manager in Paul McGlynn, who is meeting brokers around Scotland to show them how easy it is to work through our award winning online portal.”

The Sort Refer online portal has three Scottish suppliers, Dunfermline-based Your Conveyancer and two new suppliers in Strefford Tulips and NCG.

Strefford Tulips is a Hamilton-based specialist residential and commercial property solicitors’ practice with three partners and 35 staff, while NCG, based in Partick, near Glasgow, specialises in residential property conveyancing.

Tunnicliffe added: “We are delighted to welcome Strefford Tulips and NCG to our panel.

“We have deliberately limited our panel appointments to the best conveyancers, who are happy to sign up to our standards of customer care and I know that Scottish introducers are going to benefit from the Sort Refer service for all their conveyancing needs.”
