Spaciable Legal launches conveyancing tool

Classic Folios has partnered with WeCOMPLETE to produce a conveyancing tool, Spaciable Legal, which aims to streamline the process.

Spaciable Legal uses technology to move the conveyancing process online, and was created to improve efficiency, transparency and completion times.

According to the business, the platform has enabled cases to complete on average 28% faster than the national average, with many taking as little as 28 days, and has reduced fall-throughs by 75%.

With Spaciable Legal, developers and private landlords can sell properties and build customer relationships under their brand, from reservation to completion.

Developers can invite buyers to use the tool at reservation or earlier.

The platform has built-in notifications, FAQs, 'how to' articles and videos, snagging and defect reporting tools.

It is capable of accommodating Help to Buy, chains, part-exchange, and shared ownership.

Spaciable Legal offers buyers 24/7 access to the various stages on the conveyancing process where they can find a legal team and minimise delays caused by slow responses.

David Graydon, managing director of Classic Folios, said: “With the risk of sales not being completed by the stamp duty deadline and the pandemic highlighting the need for conveyancers to digitalise their processes, Spaciable Legal was created as an effective solution to relieve some of the strain that the housing market is facing in these challenging times.

"The platform provides both housing providers and customers with an optimal five-star customer service experience at a time where face-to-face interaction can be difficult to achieve, offering everything required for a seamless journey at their fingertips.

"Our partnership with WeCOMPLETE will strengthen our offering and we look forward to helping developers speed up their reservation to completion process.”
