SPML appoint new customer services manager

Baird will run an expanding department (currently ten staff) which handles all existing customer and third-party enquiries not related to payment collection. This includes insurance, handling redemptions, third-party references, statements and further lending. The department also carries out a quality control element, maintaining correct customer data.

Baird's role also includes a project management element, looking at enhancements and developments within the business. He joins SPML from Preferred Mortgages Ltd, where he was customer services manager for the last

three and a half years.
