The final major element of the £400m regeneration scheme will include a bus station, 318 Build to Rent (BTR) apartments; and 100,000 sq ft of Grade A office space.

The scheme has gross development cost of £500m and will provide around 1,000 homes.

This scheme has been acquired by co-investors Legal & General Capital and PGGM, as well as pension fund capital raised by LGIM Real Assets through its open-ended BTR fund.

The pair, who are engaged in a Build to Rent partnership, have so far committed £250m of capital.
