From 9 April 2020, Skipton Building Society will reintroduce its residential purchase mortgage range, which will include products up to 75% LTV.
Fleet’s average LTV is 67% and its average weighted Interest Coverage Ratio (ICR) is 153% at the stressed rate.
All rates are fixed 30 months from completion, including 2.93% to 70% loan-to-value and 3.78% to 85% LTV.
Barclays has cut rates across its mortgage range.
The lender’s 75% LTV rates have been cut by up to 0.40%.
From 11 May its max LTV with be 75% in response to tax relief being cut from 45% in April 2017 to 20% by April 2020.
