The housebuilder launched the ‘My Redrow’ service earlier this year which has led to changed in customer behaviour in the past six months.
Titled ‘They Say…’, the campaign is also designed promote Redrow as a premium alternative to the second-hand property market.
The service is accessed via Redrow’s online members area.
The product, first launched in April 2018, rewards homebuyers who choose to buy an A or B EPC Energy Efficiency Rated new build home with a slightly lower interest rate.
