Target Group has appointed Aileen Wallace as an independent non-executive director and board member.
Wallace will help set the strategic direction of the business, oversee company culture and ensure delivery of its corporate risk and governance frameworks.
Wallace said of her appointment: “This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a progressive and dynamic organisation with an ambitious growth strategy.
