TBMC launches buy-to-let client referral service

Buy-to-let mortgage specialist, TBMC has launched a client referral service aimed at directly authorised brokers to help them handle complex buy-to-let cases.

The service is for mortgage brokers who, for a variety of reasons, may wish to refer a buy-to-let client to TBMC without having to deal with the case themselves.

Jane Simpson, managing director at TBMC, said: “The buy-to-let mortgage market is now far more complex than before, and some brokers are finding buy-to-let cases too time-consuming to place.

“Rather than turning away valuable business, we are providing a new service which enables directly authorised brokers to refer the client directly to TBMC who will handle the transaction from beginning to end.

“As a specialist in the marketplace, TBMC is well placed to deal with the complexities of all manner of buy-to-let enquiries and able to find the most appropriate solutions for clients.”

Simpson added: “Our client referral service can provide great benefits to brokers as TBMC will take the hard work out of placing buy-to-let cases.

“Brokers can feel confident that their landlord clients will be helped by experts and they will also receive a procuration fee on completion of each case.

“TBMC is always looking for ways to help brokers arrange buy-to-let mortgages, and given the increasing complexity of the market, we think this new service will be popular among those who receive buy-to-let enquiries but would rather have an expert to deal directly with their client and process the case for them from start to finish.”
