The Cambridge Building Society has partnered with specialist expat mortgage service Liquid Expat for its expat lending proposition.
The society has also launched a 3-year discounted rate product priced at 3.09%, exclusively to Liquid Expat customers.
Kathy Bowes, intermediary manager at The Cambridge, said: “We’re delighted to partner with Liquid Expat who offer expertise in finding Expats the most suitable mortgage deal for their circumstances.
“This initiative enhances the strong proposition we offer landlords whilst maintaining the high standards intermediaries have come to expect when discussing cases with my business development team.”
Stuart Marshall, managing director of Liquid Expat Mortgages, added: “We believe that the partnership with The Cambridge ensures an ongoing commitment to providing the very best opportunities for expats looking for buy-to-let mortgages.
“Over the last 12 years we have built up a first-class reputation of working with lenders who create and deliver bespoke products in keeping with an expat’s requirements and objectives.
“We’re very pleased to partner with the Cambridge Building Society on an exclusive basis, and our specialist, qualified mortgage brokers are looking forward to delivering jargon free, straightforward advice on this new to market expat mortgage product.”
