The restructuring follows the recent appointments of Howard Flight as non-executive director and Nick Kelly as Commercial Director.

Simon Chamberlain, Thinc Destini’s Chief Executive, said, “We have a first class team of individuals at Thinc Destini with a phenomenal wealth of industry experience and knowledge.  I am delighted to announce these new appointments ahead of our managers conference in Brighton later this month, at which further exciting announcements about the future of the business will be made.”

Nick Boyle and Jon Everill are appointed joint managing directors.  Richard Lindley and Roderic Rennison stay as group finance and operations directors respectively.   Nick Kelly is commercial director and Gregg Taylor is appointed head of distribution..  Neil Harkin becomes managing director of The Commerce Centre.  David Collett, formerly executive deputy chairman has left Thinc Destini to explore other interests and to develop his non-executive portfolio.

Chamberlain added, “We continue to attract leading industry figures who want to join Thinc Destini and play their role in the reshaping of the distribution landscape.  Thinc Destini remains at the forefront of multi distribution development and as we continue to develop our unique depolorised model, our new senior management team is determined to change the way the UK buys financial services in the future.”
