Title insurance and property risk solutions provider Titlesolv has appointed Keith Rawlinson as underwriting director.
He joins from Dickson Minto W.S. where he was a senior associate in the firm’s commercial property department, based in Edinburgh.
With expertise in all areas of Scottish commercial property, he has a strong understanding of acting for high-profile clients in investment, development and asset management transactions, together with both corporate and banking support.
Christopher Taylor, chief executive officer of Titlesolv, said: “We are delighted to welcome Keith to Titlesolv. He brings an exceptional level of expertise to the role and his appointment speaks volumes for the firm’s future growth ambitions.
“The last 12 months has been a period of significant development for Titlesolv and we are confident Keith will help deliver further progress over the coming 12 months.”
Rawlinson has experience of acting on behalf of both purchasers and sellers, as well as landlords and tenants.
Prior to his time with Dickson Minto W.S., he worked as a senior solicitor at Bell & Scott LLP, where he specialised in commercial property (specifically the retail and leisure sectors). He also holds a diploma in Legal Practice and LLB Hons from the University of Edinburgh.
Rawlinson added: “I am thrilled to be joining Titlesolv at such an exciting time in the firm’s growth.
“I look forward to working with Chris and the rest of the team to further develop the firm’s excellent client offering.”
